How do I return an item?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us of any issues within 14 days of receiving it. Returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number, which you can obtain by contacting us at hello@travelwellinc.com. 

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost. When returning products, we strongly suggest using a shipping method that offers tracking services to ensure their arrival.

What should I do if my order arrived damaged?

Refund

Travel + Well offers a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.
